McLaren Special Operations dropped a custom 750S Spider ahead of this weekend’s Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Project Viva wears entirely hand-painted artwork celebrating the city’s landmarks, gambling culture, and bright lights through meticulous black and white design.
The base colour Vegas Nights represents MSO’s newest exclusive shade, a deep black infused with subtle cyan, magenta, and green flecks that capture the city’s neon glow after dark.
Paired with Muriwai White accents inspired by Bruce McLaren’s family home in Walton on Thames, the monochrome approach contradicts Vegas’s famous colour overload.
MSO calls it a challenging convention. Reality suggests restraint looks more tasteful than rainbow chaos plastered across a supercar.

Hidden details populate every panel. The hood features a reimagined welcome sign reading “Welcome To Fabulous MSO” instead of Las Vegas.
Rear fenders display playing cards with 750S replacing traditional values. Dice, palm trees, cacti, and the replica Eiffel Tower appear throughout the bodywork.
One roulette wheel doubles as a race track with F1 cars circling the outer edge.
Track curbs replace pocket numbers, each spot showcasing McLaren logos spanning six decades from the 1963 Kiwi to the sleek Speedy Kiwi of the 1970s.
The rear bumper holds 10 Constructors’ Championship stars marking McLaren’s titles.
Nine appear in white, one in silver leaf, hand-applied by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri themselves.
The current drivers also signed the car between their ongoing battle for this season’s Drivers’ Championship, hopefully keeping things civil during the paint session.
Ten silhouettes commemorating McLaren’s championship-winning cars map across various body panels, positioned on racetracks that correspond to their victories.

The Muriwai House motif gets front door and shutters finished in Muriwai White, a paint shade first created for the 570S Spider.
MSO describes the livery as Sketch in Motion, capturing the movement and character of Las Vegas from iconic signage to skyline landmarks, music venues, and performance halls.
The design weaves McLaren’s racing heritage throughout, connecting British motorsport history with American excess.
Project Viva displays at the McLaren Experience Centre inside Wynn Las Vegas Hotel from November 13 through 20, leading into Grand Prix weekend that kicks off with first practice on November 20.
The one-off 750S remains purely a show car rather than a customer commission, representing MSO’s capability for bespoke personalisation when clients want something truly unique.
